2007 Sandpiper 40ft 4 Slides

Listed is our 2007 Sandpiper 40 foot 5th wheel camper with quad slides that we bought new in Johnson City, Tennessee. We use this camper about 2 times per month with our family. It has never been smoked in however we do have a pet dog that goes with us. She is groomed monthly and we clean the camper very well after each trip. There are lots of extras making this large unit ideal for large families or couples that entertain guests. We are selling our camper to buy a toy hauler and travel with our motorcycle.
This summer when camping in campground with lots of trees, we caught a low lying branch on the roof. This created a small tear in the top rubber roof. I repaired with a recommended rubber roof repair product from the RV dealer and we have never noticed any water damage. The repair was fixed as soon as we found. The black water flush connector has a small crack in the connection where water hose hooks up. We never use the back water flush, its just as easy to fill from shower hose and flush when we are preparing to leave. These are the only two items we had with this camper.
It comes with flat screen TV, a DVD player, stereo and surround sound system inside with outside marine speakers. It has the smooth fiberglass siding for easy upkeep and beautiful graphics. It has a ladder rack and spare in front and aluminum wheels It also comes with the following, 1500 BTU air conditioner, furnace, ducted roof air, Hide a bed sofa, Hardwood doors, cabinets and drawers, Power front jacks, Microwave, 3 burner stove and oven range, large double door refrigerator and freezer. You will enjoy full pass through basement style storage, patio awning, rubber roof, outside shower, dual 30# LP tanks, 10 gallon water heater, shower skylight, power bathroom vent and much more.
